मुझे लगने लगा है , जैसे सारी दुनिया सुधर चुकी है और

आयुष्य खुप सुंदर आहे

एका शिक्षिकेने अर्धा भरलेला पाण्याचा ग्लास हातात धरला आणि सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांवर एक नजर टाकली.

प्रत्येकाला वाटले की आता मॅडम विचारतील की हा ग्लास भरलेला आहे की रिकामा?. पण एक स्मित हास्य करुन मॅडम ने प्रश्न केला, “या ग्लासचं वजन किती असेल कुणी सांगेल का?”

कुणी म्हणालं 100 ग्रॅम तर कुणी 200 ग्रॅम. एक जण तर म्हणाला – मॅडम, अर्धा किलो !

मॅडम ने पुन्हा एकदा स्मित हास्य करुन बोलण्यास सुरुवात केली,” याचं वजन मोजमाप करुन सांगितल्याने फारसा फरक पडणार नाही! मुळात वजन काहिही असो, जर का मी हा ग्लास एक मिनीट असाच धरुन ठेवला तरमला काही त्रास होणारनाही. एक तास धरुन ठेवला तर हात दुखेल. आणि दिवस भरअसाच ठेवला तर? तर हात खुप जड होईल, ईतका की बधीर होउन निकामीच ह्वावा.

आपल्या आयुष्यातील तणाव अन् चिंतांच पण असंच असतं. क्षण भर विचार करा, काही वाटणार नाही. पण मनात धरुन बसाल तर तुमचं मन पण असंच जड होत होत बधिर होईल! ईतकं की तुम्ही काही करुच शकणार नाहीत! तेव्हा व्यर्थ चिंता करणं सोडा. मनाला हलकं करा आणि निरंतर अल्हाद दायक जिवन जगायला शिका.
